Nicole graduated from Franklin County High School in June 2002. She continued her education attending Virginia Western Community College. At the same time, Nicole worked for HCA in the Department of Radiology. She continued to work her way through college as an administrative assistant over the next several years.
In March 2006, Nicole started working for the Carilion Clinic in the section of Orthopaedics and Pain Management. Here she held the position of surgery scheduler for a multitude of providers. In November 2013, Nicole joined Virginia Interventional Pain & Spine Center as the front office administrator. Here she fulfills her love of meeting and greeting patients. Nicole especially enjoys being a patient advocate as she works to schedule patients with care and respect understanding their personal needs.
Nicole was born in Roanoke and raised in Franklin County, Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and her 6 year old daughter as well as going to the movies, camping and traveling.
